1 Introduction

You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on mg999. Operating multiple accounts (whether under the same or different personal details) is a serious breach of these Terms. If mg999 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals across those accounts will be forfeited.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

mg999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent conduct. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mg999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mg999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mg999 support immediately via live chat or email. We will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension to prevent further unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Currency

All mg999 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. mg999 does not operate multi-currency accounts, and no foreign currency conversion is performed at the player level.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. mg999 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes, subject to the operating hours and processing times of the relevant payment provider. mg999 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held pending identity verification or fraud review where mg999 deems this necessary.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. mg999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If mg999 determines that a deposit has been made from an account not belonging to the registered player, the deposit will be reversed, the account may be suspended, and any winnings generated from those funds may be forfeited.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

mg999 is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or the financing of other illegal activities. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. Where required, mg999 will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by mg999 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In addition to offer-specific terms, the general conditions set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before a withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus funds can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mg999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse our promotional offers. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to meet wagering requirements without risk, and participating in bonus offers from jurisdictions or using payment methods that are excluded from a promotion.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free spins expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion. If no expiry period is stated, the default expiry is 7 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account without prior notice.

6 Gameplay Rules

7.3 Voided Bets

A bet will be voided and the stake refunded where: an event is cancelled or postponed and not replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; a player or team involved in the event is replaced after the bet is placed; or manifest odds errors are identified. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account balance in full.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. By placing an in-play bet, you acknowledge that the real-time data feeds and odds displayed may be subject to a brief delay relative to the live event. mg999 is not liable for losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of delayed data. In-play bets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mg999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
